Terms of service

famewall.lol is an entertainment website that displays a public leaderboard of social media handles ordered by the total amount paid on each handle. What you purchase is a featured listing placement on that leaderboard for the current season. Position on the leaderboard is determined solely by the cumulative amount paid on a handle, with ties broken by which handle got there first.

This is a novelty product. It is not advertising, not a promotion of a product or service, not an auction, and not an investment. Nothing you buy here is transferable or resellable, and it has no cash value.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Payments are in US dollars, in whole dollars, from $1 to $9,999 per transaction, plus any per-transaction limits shown at checkout.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including when someone else pays more and your listing moves down. Being outbid is the expected behaviour of the service, not a failure of it. The placement is delivered the moment your payment is confirmed and your listing appears on the wall.

Payments made on a handle accumulate on that handle. They do not transfer to a different handle, a different platform, or a future season. If a payment is captured but a technical failure prevents the listing from appearing, contact us and we will place the listing.

Listings may be submitted by anyone, for any public profile — including profiles the payer does not own. We display publicly available information only: the handle, the public profile URL, and a publicly available avatar image, plus any name or tagline the payer submitted.

A listing is not an endorsement of famewall.lol by the profile owner, is not a claim that the profile owner paid, and does not imply any relationship between us and that person.

If you own a profile and want it off the wall, email hello@famewall.lol and we'll remove it. Removal does not refund the fans who paid for it. We also remove listings for public figures at our discretion, and we hide any listing used to harass, impersonate or mock a private individual.

You may not submit sexual or hateful content, slurs, links, link shorteners, contact details, phone numbers, or content that impersonates famewall.lol, our staff or our support. You may not use the service to harass anyone, and you may not pay with a card you are not authorised to use.

You may not scrape, automate, overload or attempt to manipulate the leaderboard by any means other than paying.

We may hide, edit or delete any listing, name, tagline or avatar at any time, for any reason, including breach of these terms, a removal request from the profile owner, a chargeback, suspected fraud, or a legal demand. Removal does not entitle anyone to a refund.

We do not guarantee followers, clicks, views, traffic, exposure, rank, uptime, or that anyone will ever look at your listing. We do not guarantee that a season will run for any particular length of time, and we may end, reset or archive a season at any point.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost goodwill, or reputational harm.

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you paid is the one that applies to that payment; each version is identified by its effective date, and the version applied to your payment is recorded with it.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located there.
